Our story

Coaching, donated forward

We mobilize experienced executives to deliver high-impact executive coaching to rising leaders. Each leader selects one of our nonprofit partners to support, each advancing children's education or women's empowerment.

Where this came from

GrowForward Circle started from a plain observation: experienced executives are often willing to coach, and emerging leaders are often unaware that coaching like this exists, or unable to afford it if they find it. The usual fix is money — a discounted rate, a scholarship, a fee waived case by case. We closed the gap differently.

What we are aiming at

A generation of leaders coached by people who've walked the same path — executives who rose through the ranks themselves, and know exactly what that climb takes. It doesn't stop there. By simply accepting that coaching, each leader also changes another life: the nonprofit partner they choose receives real support, because they said yes to being coached.

In practice

The four pillars

Intellectual Philanthropy

Experienced executives give their hardest-won asset — judgment — for 5–10 hours a month.

In return, they widen their impact, deepen their network, and build a legacy that outlasts any single role. It's purpose-driven work that fits alongside a full career, not after one. Every coach joins a community of peers who believe leadership is meant to be shared.

Transformative Growth

Leaders gain a confidential thinking partner in a sitting senior executive.

Sharpening presence, decision-making, and judgment under pressure, all skills that compound long after coaching ends. Each engagement is personalized, building toward real, measurable growth. It's coaching with a purpose larger than the leader alone.

Proven Methodology

Every coach trains on Dr. Martin Seldman's executive coaching curriculum.

Forged across 1,800+ one-on-one engagements, Dr. Seldman has built a rigorous, consistent standard behind every session. The approach centers on asking, not telling, helping leaders find their own answers rather than simply receiving advice.

Radical Transparency

Zero Dilution: every dollar a leader gives reaches the nonprofit they choose.

No overhead, no middleman. That gift becomes a year of schooling for a child, or a step toward independence for a woman rebuilding her future. Leaders share proof of every gift, and all admin costs are covered separately by Founders' funds.

The part people ask about

Why the money never comes to us

Because it keeps the coaching honest

A coach who is not paid by you, and an organization that does not profit from your gift, have nothing to sell. That is unusual enough to be worth structuring for.

Because giving should never be a condition

Sessions are never gated on giving. There is no threshold to clear, no paperwork to settle, and nothing that stops working if you have not given yet. The platform keeps both people informed of where things stand, and that is all it does.

What we can and cannot see

We store the structure of the programme: who is matched with whom, when sessions happened, and the amount, date, and receipt for each donation. We verify receipts and report totals in aggregate.

We do not read messages between a coach and the person they coach. Message content is encrypted and readable only by the two people in the conversation. If someone reports a concern, they choose which messages to share with us, and only those are shared.

Saying this precisely matters. It would be easier to write that we can access anything for safety reasons, and it would not be true — an organization that overstates what it can see has to be believed twice.
