Marty Seldman is a corporate trainer, executive coach, and organizational psychologist. He earned a B.A. in mathematics from Cornell University and completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Temple University. From 1972 to 1986 he specialized in training — training trainers, designing programs, and serving as VP of Sales for a training company — before beginning his career as an executive coach in 1986. He has since coached senior leaders at many Fortune 500 companies, training tens of thousands of executives through seminars and coaching more than 2,000 executives one-on-one.

Beyond his corporate work, Marty is active in the nonprofit sector as a coach and consultant, and serves on the boards of four organizations focused on human rights and poverty alleviation — the same spirit of giving back that GrowForward Circle is built around.
